Meditate

A little space to arrive.

Choose a length that feels possible today. One singing bowl chime will mark the beginning; three gentle chimes will let you know when your sitting is complete.

Self-guided timer

Sit for as long as you need.

There is no perfect length. A few minutes of honest attention is already a meaningful beginning.

01

Before you begin

Find a posture you can sustain. Let the first bell be enough of an arrival.

02

When the mind wanders

Notice that you have wandered, then return gently to the body and breath.

03

When the bells return

Take one unhurried breath before moving. You do not need to rush back.

A room we are preparing

Guided meditations will have a home here.

This space is intentionally reserved for short audio practices and gentle introductions to different ways of sitting. We will develop it slowly, with the same care given to the rest of Quiet Path.

Coming soon

For now, the timer is here when you want quiet company without a voice asking anything of you.

Stay connected for future practices

Meditation is not a performance. It is a chance to notice what is here, and to meet it with a little more patience.
